  • Laser Class awarded

  • Details of single fault analysis

  • Full details of required labelling

  • Full details of required user instructions

  • Details of any changes required to meet

  • Desired classification

Product /Documentation Checklist to be submitted for testing:

  1. Working equipment (Qty 1)

  2. Laser diodes AND (if applicable) laser modules (Qty 2)

  3. Circuit diagram for laser drive circuit and module (if applicable). (Qty 1)

  4. Set of printed circuit masks and drawings showing component layout.(Qty 1)

  5. Explanation of circuit function (particularly if the circuitry is complex).(Qty 1)

  6. Manufacturers specification sheet for laser diode and any integrated circuits directly associated with the laser/LED. (Qty 1)

  7. Any relevant instruction manuals. (Qty 1)

  8. Interlock circuit (if applicable). (Qty 1)

  9. Circuit diagram for interlock (if applicable).(Qty 1)
