RT Technologies, Inc. designs, supplies and installs Class 1 laser product and Laser Control Area (LCA) enclosures for high power lasers. We assist machine integrators and laser users with product safety containment systems, from desk-top, to automation to Room size robot facilities. All enclosures are sold tested and certified to 21 CFR 1040, ANSI Z 136, EN 60825-4 (Safety of Laser Products Part 4 - Laser Guards) as applicable enclosures can be supplied complete with interlock system and illuminated signs. Fume extraction and/or air conditioning can also be supplied, as can CCTV. This is a cost effective and extremely easy method of enclosing your laser system. This will fulfill your safety requirements and frees up space for other activities.
CE Certified Laser Blocking Partitions
We also supply CE/ANSI Z 136.7 certified laser-blocking partitions with or without doors, for dividing one laser lab into two or more sections, or for use as part of Temporary Laser Control Areas (TLCA) for service or other functions. These semi-permanent partitions are cost effective and extremely quick to install, without the mess and fuss of building a brick or plasterboard wall. As such they offer an alternative to traditional methods of room division, and can also be easily undone at a later date if required. Alternatively they can be left as a permanent installation.
All laser safety partitions are tested and certified to ANSI Z 136.7 -2008 (American National Standard for the Testing and Labeling of Laser Protective Equipment), and IEC [EN] 60825-4 (Safety of Laser Products Part 4 - Laser Guards) specifications.
